Drawing or exhibiting a deadly weapon or firearm in a manner which is threatening, instigatory, or shows an intent to use illegally, and/or using a deadly weapon in a fight or during the commission of a violent crime.

The term "Firearm" does not include an antique firearm or a clearly identifiable imitation weapon with an orange muzzle tip.

Examples:

1) Jerome is in a fight with his neighbor and hits him in the head with the grip of his handgun. 2) Eddie lifts his shirt to reveal the pistol in his waistband. 3) Albert makes verbal threats while gesturing a knife in his hand. 4) Jonathan un-holsters his firearm and points it at someone during a verbal argument.
