[3] 33 - Refusal to take a Sobriety Test

Refusing to take a Field Sobriety Test, Breath Test, or Drug Test when asked to do so by an officer during an investigation of suspected Driving Under the Influence.

Misdemeanor Sentence: None Fine: $200

The person refusing must have an immediate license suspension of 1 year.
