Transporting "explosive materials" without proper licensing, certifications, safety measures (all working brake, tail, headlights, fully functioning vehicle brakes, emergency reflectors) explosive route maps.

Vehicle must have fire extinguishers present. and may not include flame producing signal device on the transport vehicle.
