[11] 2 - Illegal Residence / Unauthorized Presence

Any person who is present within the sovereign state and nation of San Andreas without valid Citizenship, Residence, Visa, or Asylum.

Border Officials have the right to identify or fingerprint (for reasons of verifying identity) persons whom are reasonably suspected of crossing a border.

This code has no criminal punitive action but is still a violation of the law. The person shall be arrested, charged, then entered into the deportation process by the Department of Homeland Security.
