# \[4] 16 - Drunk and Disorderly

Offensive conduct and/or unreasonable behavior which is likely to cause a serious offence or serious annoyance to other people whilst under the influence of Alcohol.

**Sentence: 150 Seconds VMenu**\
**Sentence: 10 Minutes Economy**\
**Fine:** $1,000

**Examples:**

**1)** Shouting and screaming causing an argument with a member of the public whilst drunk.\
**2)** Causing disturbance to the peace whilst drunk
