Flying in an unauthorized area, flying without a license or landing an aircraft outside helipads and airports when not responding to an emergency call.

Misdemeanor Sentence: 60 Fine: $1000

Pilot license revocation

If you are flying in federal airspace then this charge is changed to a felony with an additional 50 seconds, Ex: Whitehouse, Aircraft carrier, Above the president, and Fort Zancudo.
