[4] 18 - Disorderly Conduct

Offensive conduct and/or unreasonable behavior which is likely to cause a serious offence or serious annoyance to other people.

Misdemeanor

Sentence: 150 Seconds VMenu Sentence: 10 Minutes Economy Fine: $1,000

Notes: This charge cannot stack with Drunk and Disorderly.

Examples:

1) Shouting and screaming causing an argument with a member of the public. 2) Causing disturbance to the peace
