Engaging in the illegal movement (trafficking) of Humans, Drugs, or Weapons into the sovereign state and nation of San Andreas through illegitimate means. This includes:

  • Smuggling people, drugs, or weapons through a port of entry

  • Smuggling people, drugs, or weapons though international borders

Violation of this is a Felony

Maximum Sentence: 400 Seconds

Fines or Bail: $3000
