# \[3] 37 - Jaywalking

Crosses a road without the use of a crosswalk. San Andreas's **pedestrian** and **crosswalk laws** are the rules that dictate when and where people can legally walk in the state. These rules were made to keep pedestrians safe. However, they also aim to not encroach too much on vehicle traffic.
