Civilian Training

Welcome to becoming a trainer for the biggest Department in OCRP Gaming. This department has the most number of trainee’s coming into OCRP Gaming from the time they are a recruit to when they are able to go ahead and cause controlled mayhem in the severs. However it is our job to ensure that the trainee’s are taught and brought up to the highest of standards we expect to see within each Civilian. Some questions commonly asked about becoming a trainer are β€œHow can I become a Civ Trainer?” or β€œWhat are the requirements to be a trainer?”. In this document is a list of requirements that are needed in order to become a Civilian trainer as well as to start hosting these trainings and become a trainer of the biggest Department here in OCRP Gaming.
